We have worked with SureCost for over a year and we have implemented the product throughout all of our pharmacy locations. At the request of Kent Abbott, IHPN President, I completed the analysis of Emerlyn Technology's SureCost program and I am pleased to report that IHPN has found this program to very beneficial to our test pharmacies in saving both time and money.
As you already know, I have over 20 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical wholesale business which included responsibility for customer service, customer pricing and contract pricing and I used this knowledge to validate the savings data from your SureCost program. I reviewed the SureCost program reports and the substitutions generated and confirmed the programs ability to select the best priced items, consider optional size based on usage to maximize savings, and factor in rebate dollars before comparing pricing.
I believe that SureCost is a great program to manage the ever changing contract prices, discounts, and rebates in today's pharmacy environment. Definitely software that is long overdue in the marketplace!
